What you will do

• Build and evolve mission-critical horizontal infrastructure and tooling that underpins commercialization systems
• Collaborate with engineering teams on mobile apps, cloud backends, hirify.global Driver, operations, product, legal, partnerships, policy, and privacy
• Scale systems to meet demands of commercial expansion and growing complexity
• Solve real-world problems like world simulation for regression testing and fleet management for autonomous vehicles

Requirements

• BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
• 4+ years of backend or infrastructure experience
• Product-minded approach with cross-team collaboration skills

Nice to have

• Experience with C++ or willingness to learn
• Experience working with nontechnical team members
• Experience with operations tooling, developer productivity, or developer tools
