What you will do

• Lead the development of scalable PLG features focused on user onboarding, conversion, and self-service growth.
• Act as a hands-on technical authority, providing architectural direction and high-quality code.
• Own technical debt and ensure the stack meets world-class engineering standards for scalability.
• Mentor team members through design reviews and technical guidance.
• Partner with Product, DevOps, and SRE teams to align infrastructure with the PLG roadmap.
• Ensure platform stability and optimize system productivity through automation and monitoring.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Java for backend development and system integration.
• Experience in backend engineering within a SaaS environment.
• Expertise in API design, feature flag management, and production deployments.
• Hands-on experience with database state management and executing data migration scripts.
• Familiarity with QA processes, test automation, and managing multi-phase release rollouts.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid from Poznań, Poland (at least 3 days per week in office).
