What you will do
- Lead corporate and departmental budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Build and maintain financial models, perform what-if analyses, and support pricing decisions.
- Analyze performance, trends, risks, and opportunities, providing recommendations to leadership.
- Advise SVPs, VPs, Senior Directors, and other stakeholders on finance-related matters.
- Manage financial analytics, reporting, and monitoring activities.
- Lead process improvements and cross-functional finance projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Management, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of experience in financial analysis, finance management, business partnering, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, financial analysis, and corporate finance.
- Understanding of software development business models and operational processes.
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher required.
- Advanced analytical, problem-solving, financial modeling, communication, and presentation skills; strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Nice to have
- Professional certification such as CIMA, ACCA, CFA, FMP, or similar.
- Experience leading initiatives and driving finance process improvements.
