Location: Onsite in Plymouth, Minnesota, United States Monday through Friday. Must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization at time of hire; no sponsorship for this level.
Salary: $66,400 - $99,600 USD

What you will do
- Develop, modify, apply, and maintain quality standards and protocols for processing materials into finished products.
- Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing to integrate quality standards.
- Devise and implement methods for inspecting, testing, and evaluating product and equipment precision.
- Design inspection and testing mechanisms, conduct QA tests, and perform statistical analysis for non-conforming products.
- Ensure corrective measures meet reliability standards and documentation complies with requirements.
- Specialize in areas like design, incoming material, production control, product evaluation, or reliability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, or technical field (0 years experience required)
- Ability to work onsite 5 days a week in Plymouth, MN
- Unrestricted U.S. work authorization required (no sponsorship)
Nice to have
- Experience reviewing technical documentation
- Process validation knowledge (IQ, OQ, PQ)
- Test Method Validations, Master Validation Records, Risk Management (DFMEA, PFMEA)
- Strong communication, critical thinking, analytical skills
- CAPA knowledge and problem-solving tools
- Experience supporting manufacturing line
