What you will do

• Perform in-process inspections of parts, assemblies, and materials at various manufacturing stages.
• Verify product conformance to engineering drawings, specifications, control plans, and work instructions.
• Use tools like calipers, micrometers, height gauges for measurements and visual inspections.
• Record results in reports, SPC charts, or quality systems and communicate issues to teams.
• Identify and escalate nonconformances, support containment, root cause analysis, and CAPA.
• Assist with first article inspections, equipment calibration, and lean improvement activities.

Requirements

• Location: Must be in US - PA - Horsham
• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or technical certification preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in manufacturing quality or inspection.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, GD&T, and specifications.
• Experience with measurement tools, SPC, and quality systems (Excel, ERP/MES).
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS9100 or similar standards.
