What you will do

• Receive and triage returned materials into the complaints lab.
• Perform inspections and testing to support complaint investigations using basic lab equipment like multimeters.
• Document testing results and findings in complaint reports.
• Disposition materials and maintain the Quality Assurance Lab per procedures.

Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in applied science or engineering preferred.
• Minimum 4 years experience in medical device industry or equivalent.
• Knowledge of basic laboratory equipment and quality inspections.
• Ability to read device complaints, follow instructions, work independently, and communicate clearly.
• Background in electronics, software engineering, or product development preferred.
