What you will do

• Coordinate proposal plans, review solicitations, and manage deadlines in collaboration with Project Managers and technical staff.
• Lead proposal production, including content development, layout design, and final proofing/editing.
• Manage database information related to proposals and conduct client research for potential opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Proposal Manager and team to develop winning strategies and best practices.
• Support general marketing materials and business development initiatives based on corporate needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or equivalent professional experience.
• Previous experience in proposal development, including both coordination and production.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Strong organizational skills with a strict focus on detail and meeting deadlines.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity from the Columbus, OH office

Nice to have

• Knowledge of architecture, engineering, construction (AEC), or related industries.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Experience in mentoring or training other team members.
