What you will do

• Lead end-to-end Lean Six Sigma projects using DMAIC methodology.
• Identify process inefficiencies, analyze data, and implement sustainable improvements.
• Facilitate Kaizen events, value stream mapping, and root cause analysis.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coach and mentor Green Belts and project teams.
• Ensure alignment of improvement initiatives with business goals and targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in process improvement, operations, or consulting roles.
• Expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies (DMAIC/DFSS).
• Proficiency in Minitab, Excel, or other statistical software.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work US rotational Night Shifts.
• Must be based in Cape Town, South Africa.

Nice to have

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Experience within the Insurance industry.
• Proven project management experience.
• Exposure to BPR, automation, or digital transformation initiatives.
