What you will do

• Execute hands-on architecture, design, and development of Oracle CPQ solutions including BML, configurators, pricing, rules, and approvals.
• Design and implement complex product and pricing models for hardware, software, and bundles.
• Build and optimize pricing engines, discounting frameworks, and approval workflows.
• Implement cross-system integrations with Salesforce, Zuora, PIM/PDH, and Oracle EBS/Fusion stack.
• Perform root cause analysis, resolve production issues, and support continuous improvement with automation.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers while upholding engineering best practices and CI/CD.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of software engineering experience with deep Oracle CPQ expertise (BML, configurators, pricing, integrations).
• Proven track record delivering complex, high-impact systems with ownership and urgency.
• Strong understanding of complex selling models (bundles, subscriptions, renewals, entitlements).
• Experience integrating CPQ with Salesforce and enterprise systems like Zuora, PIM/PDH, Oracle EBS/Fusion.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to handle ambiguity, optimize performance, and ensure compliance.
• Ability to mentor team members and translate business processes into technical solutions.
