What you will do

• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve functional incidents in SAP CAR, handling POSDTA, TLOG processes, sales, inventory, and data reconciliation.
• Validate data processing and integration between SAP CAR, SAP ECC/S/4HANA, and external POS/retail systems, executing corrective actions.
• Review configurations, evaluate data integrity, and ensure end-to-end execution of retail processes.
• Collaborate with ABAP, functional, infrastructure, and database teams for cross-module incident resolution.
• Maintain documentation, support SIT/UAT testing, release cycles, and post-release stabilization.
• Identify optimization opportunities and contribute to process improvements, standardization, and automation.

Requirements

• Spanish – 100% required
• Functional experience with SAP CAR, including POSDTA, TLOG loading/reprocessing/monitoring, retail processes, data reconstruction, and integration with SAP ECC/S/4HANA and POS systems.
• Understanding of SAP retail data models, transactional flows, log analysis, and data validation.
• Basic SQL knowledge; familiarity with ITIL and AMS operating models.
• Bachelor’s degree in systems, computer science, or related; +5 years experience in SAP functional support within AMS model, preferably in retail.
• Availability for maintenance windows and after-hours support; continuous interaction with global multidisciplinary teams.

Nice to have

• SAP CAR training or certification.
• ITIL certification.
• Experience in retail industry environments, operational stabilization, support transitions, or go-lives.
