What you will do
- Own and optimize the end-to-end customer onboarding journey from registration through verification and activation.
- Configure onboarding logic and flows within internal and external platforms to ensure regulatory alignment.
- Manage and optimize the functional use of third-party onboarding and verification providers.
- Translate regulatory and compliance requirements into practical, efficient onboarding solutions.
- Drive onboarding changes based on regulatory updates, risk insights, and market expansion needs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Risk, Compliance, Product, R&D, and Operations teams.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer onboarding, KYC, or registration flows within regulated, multi-market environments.
- Hands-on experience with configurable back-office platforms and third-party verification providers.
- Strong understanding of risk-based onboarding principles and regulatory application.
- Solid analytical thinking to assess system logic, data flows, and the impact of changes.
- Ability to operate confidently within complex rule-based systems and configurable tools.
- High level of ownership and attention to detail in high-responsibility, regulated settings.
