What you will do
- Lead and guide a team of Product Operations engineers to ensure production environment stability.
- Resolve the most complex DevOps tasks and provide immediate responses to system alerts.
- Conduct comprehensive audits of service-management processes and develop improvement plans.
- Establish and track key operational performance indicators (KPIs) to measure system health.
- Liaise with SL1/SL3 teams, third-party vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Provide regular operational reports to direct management.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a DevOps or SRE engineer.
- 1+ years of experience in a leadership or management role.
- Strong expertise in Linux, Docker, AWS, and orchestration tools like Kubernetes or Nomad.
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins, Ansible, Puppet).
- Experience with monitoring and logging solutions such as Grafana, Prometheus, and Elastic Stack.
- English: Fluent verbal and writing communication skills required.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting microservices architecture, including Akka cluster management.
- Knowledge of NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Couchbase) and NGINX server management.
- Programming skills in Python or Bash.
- Experience working within a global, multilingual organization.
