What you will do

• Lead and guide a team of Product Operations engineers to ensure production environment stability.
• Resolve the most complex DevOps tasks and provide immediate responses to system alerts.
• Conduct comprehensive audits of service-management processes and develop improvement plans.
• Establish and track key operational performance indicators (KPIs) to measure system health.
• Liaise with SL1/SL3 teams, third-party vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Provide regular operational reports to direct management.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a DevOps or SRE engineer.
• 1+ years of experience in a leadership or management role.
• Strong expertise in Linux, Docker, AWS, and orchestration tools like Kubernetes or Nomad.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins, Ansible, Puppet).
• Experience with monitoring and logging solutions such as Grafana, Prometheus, and Elastic Stack.
• English: Fluent verbal and writing communication skills required.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting microservices architecture, including Akka cluster management.
• Knowledge of NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Couchbase) and NGINX server management.
• Programming skills in Python or Bash.
• Experience working within a global, multilingual organization.
