What you will do

• Define the roadmap for Treasury Systems and manage seamless data ingestion into the TMS (FIS Quantum).
• Optimize real-time cash visibility across bank accounts and enhance forecasting capabilities based on trade maturities and settlements.
• Oversee banking reconciliation logic to ensure accurate account balances and justify deltas.
• Manage market data integrations and valuation rates to produce precise Mark-to-Market (MtM) valuations.
• Evaluate FIS Quantum performance and lead strategic analysis for potential in-house builds or system replacement.
• Collaborate with engineering to define technical requirements for data pipelines between transactional engines and the TMS.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of product management experience specifically within FinTech, Banking, or Treasury domains.
• Deep domain expertise in cash management, liquidity forecasting, and FX trade settlement mechanics.
• Technical literacy regarding how data flows across disparate systems and translates into treasury movements.
• Strong analytical mindset for analyzing complex datasets and ensuring high-fidelity data mapping.
• Experience managing third-party financial software vendors such as FIS or Kyriba.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Málaga office according to the hybrid schedule
