Software Engineer (Fullstack/DevSecOps)

What you will do

• Design and deploy secure cloud-native applications and services within AWS GovCloud.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines with integrated static and dynamic security scanning.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform and IaC best practices.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs connecting mission and enterprise systems.
• Containerize and orchestrate workloads using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Collaborate in Agile sprints, performing peer reviews and backlog refinement.

Requirements

• TS/SCI Clearance and DoD 8140 (8570) IAT Level II Certification.
• Minimum 4 years of experience developing and securing applications within DoD or federal environments.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript using frameworks such as React, Angular, and Express.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform and AWS GovCloud services (EC2, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, IAM).
• Experience with GitLab CI/CD, Docker/Podman, and secure DevSecOps pipelines.
• Familiarity with OWASP Top 10 and secure coding principles.

Nice to have

• AWS certification at associate level.
• Experience with Kubernetes, OpenShift, or container orchestration at scale.
• Knowledge of database technologies such as PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, or MongoDB.
• Experience integrating messaging services using Amazon SQS or Kafka.
