What you will do

• Advance agentic science vision by evolving product strategy, identifying workflows for agentification, and tying outcomes to scientific productivity.
• Expand internal agentic infrastructure partnering with engineering and science teams on tool orchestration, workflow automation, evaluation systems, and data interfaces.
• Develop external ecosystem strategy by mapping tools and partners, evaluating build vs. buy opportunities, and leading pilots and integrations.
• Drive cross-functional adoption through embedding solutions in workflows, continuous discovery, and change management.
• Lead end-to-end product execution owning roadmap, metrics, and communication to executives.

Requirements

• 7+ years product management experience, ideally with platform or AI-enabled products
• Experience in fast-paced biotech, pharma, or tech environments
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience with LLMs, AI agents, and evaluation methods
• Hands-on with continuous discovery, user research, and prototype development
• Track record influencing cross-functional teams and excellent communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in computational sciences, life sciences, engineering, or related field (advanced degree preferred)
