What you will do

• Upload and update project and planning data.
• Support planning and adjustment of FAT dates based on deliveries and available information.
• Track deadlines for studies, schedules, and orders to signal risks or delays.
• Prepare and distribute planning updates to internal teams and suppliers.
• Coordinate FAT preparation, including requesting checklists and verifying deliverables.
• Provide administrative and communication support between stakeholders.

Requirements

• Fluent English, French, and/or Dutch.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or administrative-technical field.
• Experience in planning, administration, or project support roles.
• Must be based in Brussels, Belgium.
• Structured and precise working style with basic analytical insight.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to collaborate in a team.
