What you will do

• Own the roadmap for deployment tooling, including automated design generation and a predictive delivery control tower.
• Build systems to auto-generate LLD artifacts (Floor Layout, Rack Elevation, Network Design) from HLD inputs.
• Develop a control tower to model milestone dates and flag slips in design and RFS readiness using RAG indicators.
• Create standardized deployment blueprints to automate task sequencing and dependency management upon contract signing.
• Partner with engineering on architecture across DCIM, network design, provisioning, and ERP/PO integrations.
• Mentor junior PMs and raise the quality bar for PRDs, reviews, and product decisions.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of product management experience in infrastructure, platform, project controls, or operations-facing products.
• Strong technical fluency in design automation, workflow orchestration engines, and DCIM/network/ERP integrations.
• Proven track record of converting ambiguous operational problems into shipped outcomes that improve predictability and cycle time.
• Experience building products specifically for operators, design engineers, project controllers, and SREs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with engineers, operators, and executives.

Nice to have

• Degree in CS or engineering, or prior experience as a design engineer or project controls practitioner.
• Hands-on background in data centre deployment, bare-metal provisioning, or network design automation.
• Experience with DCIM tools (e.g., NetBox, Nautobot, Sunbird) or Network fabric automation (e.g., Juniper Apstra).
• Familiarity with GPU accelerated compute and hyperscaler-style deployment at scale.
• Experience working in high-growth environments where the product is built alongside the physical fleet.
