What you will do

• Partner with Product Managers, Leadership, and stakeholders to define reporting needs and key metrics.
• Deliver scalable reporting and translate data into actionable insights for growth opportunities and risks.
• Collaborate with data engineering to improve instrumentation, event tracking, and data quality.
• Analyze product performance, user funnels, retention, and feature adoption trends.
• Evaluate impacts of launches, experiments, and releases through data-driven analysis.
• Monitor telemetry, present findings via dashboards and discussions, and ensure privacy-compliant data practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience in consumer B2C product analytics.
• Strong experience with Amplitude and App Store/Google Play analytics.
• Experience analyzing desktop software products (Windows/MacOS) highly desirable.
• Solid understanding of product-led growth, funnels, retention, and experimentation.
• Excellent communication skills to simplify complex data for stakeholders.
• Ability to collaborate across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Leadership teams.
