What you will do

• Architect and refine Azure Landing Zones, focusing on networking, security, and multi-tenant isolation.
• Develop reusable IaC modules using Bicep, ARM, and Terraform, and enhance CI/CD templates via Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
• Drive SRE practices by defining SLOs/SLIs and implementing self-healing strategies using Azure Monitor and Application Insights.
• Standardize and optimize AKS and hybrid/multi-cloud platforms, ensuring robust observability and security.
• Lead disaster recovery planning, chaos engineering, and incident response to boost platform resilience.
• Manage identity and access using Entra ID, Federation, and Azure B2C.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in cloud engineering, with at least 5 years focused on Azure architecture and SRE.
• Expertise in Azure essentials (Landing Zones, AKS, VNet, Entra ID, Policy) and IaaS/PaaS/SaaS management.
• Mastery of IaC and CI/CD tools (Terraform, Bicep, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps) with 2+ years in automation.
• Strong background in SRE core concepts, observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana), and secure configurations.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, .NET Core, and O365/Azure AD B2C.
• Must be based in the USA (implied by benefits and US-based corporate structure).

Nice to have

• Certifications: AZ-305, AZ-500, AZ-400, CKAD, or CKA.
• Experience with Azure Arc, AI/ML on AKS, or Cosmos DB.
• Knowledge of GitOps (Flux, ArgoCD), Ansible, and regulated environments (HIPAA, GDPR, SOX).
