What you will do

• Design and govern secure, scalable Azure cloud solutions and develop high-level technical designs (HLD).
• Lead presales activities, conduct customer workshops, and develop architectural proposals, SOWs, and cost estimations.
• Drive application modernization and the migration of legacy on-premises workloads to Azure PaaS platforms.
• Establish governance frameworks using Azure Policies and Blueprints to enforce technical standards.
• Coordinate and execute end-to-end migrations from Azure DevOps to GitHub.
• Collaborate with executive stakeholders to align technology roadmaps with business investment decisions.

Requirements

• Native Japanese fluency and bilingual proficiency in English.
• Deep expertise in Azure services including App Service, Azure Functions, SQL Database, and Kubernetes.
• Proven experience in distributed systems, microservices, and serverless architectures.
• Proficiency in C# .NET, Python, or PowerShell.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools, specifically Azure DevOps.
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification.

Nice to have

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
• Experience with GitHub Enterprise Importer (GEI) for repository migrations.
