What you will do

• Serve as primary point of contact for influencers, managing communication throughout campaign lifecycle.
• Coordinate contracts, deliverable timelines, and payment processing.
• Maintain internal talent database with performance data, demographics, and content history.
• Liaise with creative, legal, and finance teams for campaign delivery.
• Monitor content submissions for brand guideline and contract compliance.
• Assist in onboarding new talent and tracking deadlines.
• Support campaign reporting with influencer metrics.

Requirements

• 1–3 years in influencer marketing, talent coordination, or related field.
• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with influencer platforms and social media (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
• Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, or similar).
• Proactive, solution-oriented problem-solving.
