Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 / year

What you will do

• Own mobile app design end-to-end, including user flows, UI, interactions, motion for intuitive experiences
• Drive design quality, craft, usability, accessibility, and attention to detail
• Evolve and scale design system for consistency and product growth
• Lead user research, synthesize insights, balance business and technical needs
• Shape product lifecycle, roadmaps, and direction with design thinking
• Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing for seamless outcomes
• Mentor designers, refine processes, and elevate team standards

Requirements

• Legal right to work in the UK
• Deep mobile app design experience with strong portfolio showing end-to-end ownership and impact
• Excellent mobile usability, interaction patterns, accessibility (WCAG)
• Autonomy, pace, facilitation, communication for workshops and stakeholders
• Attention to detail, organization, strong engineering collaboration
• Customer-centered approach grounded in research and user behavior
