ABM Campaigns Specialist EMEA: Planning, implementing, and optimizing segmented B2B and ABM campaigns for SDR teams selling into EMEA with an accent on outbound sales strategies, performance tracking, and messaging refinement. Focus on leading cadence launches, analyzing data in Salesforce and Salesloft, and providing actionable insights to drive results.

Location: Hybrid Remote, Berlin, Germany. This position is NOT eligible for Visa sponsorship.

What you will do

  • Partner with global team to deliver messaging across outbound sales channels and develop sales playbooks for campaign launches.
  • Collaborate with SDRs on campaign execution, feedback loops, and continuous strategy improvements.
  • Lead cadence launches, track and analyze performance in Salesloft and Salesforce, and optimize outreach.
  • Manage multiple campaigns, prioritize tasks, handle reporting, data clean-up, and platform housekeeping.
  • Leverage tools like 6sense, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo to support efforts and contribute to team goals.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years in B2B sales or marketing support, with understanding of IT sales.
  • Expertise in Salesforce for reports, custom objects, and data integrity.
  • Strong organization, project management, and ability to handle multiple projects in fast-paced environment.
  • Data analysis skills to track, report, and turn insights into recommendations.
  • Proficiency in Salesloft, 6sense, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Microsoft Office, and Slack.
  • Strong written/verbal communication and presentation skills; hands-on ABM experience preferred.
