What you will do

• Conduct comprehensive investigations and analysis to protect hirify.global intellectual property and security.
• Triage anomalous event data and identify indicators of data exfiltration or destruction.
• Utilize DLP, SIEM, and UEBA tools to detect anomalous activity and decipher underlying trends.
• Collaborate with HR, Legal, and Government Security to conduct internal investigations.
• Build metrics, reports, and case studies to communicate findings to management and stakeholders.
• Liaise with government and industry partners to benchmark programs and share threat intelligence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of professional experience in internal investigations, information security, or IT (or 4+ years experience in lieu of degree).
• Active TS/SCI clearance or the ability to obtain one.
• U.S. person status (Citizen, National, Permanent Resident, Refugee, or Asylee) as per ITAR regulations.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills for producing clear reports and conducting interviews.
• Ability to work extended hours and weekends to support critical operations.

Nice to have

• 1+ year of experience using SIEM tools such as Splunk, Panther, or Exabeam.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Purview for eDiscovery.
• Experience conducting digital forensic investigations in corporate or government environments.
