What you will do

• Manage the supplier base applying all Supplier Management processes and ensuring compliance with hirify.global standards.
• Secure supply continuity and drive performance across quality, delivery, and cost for the category.
• Lead continuous-improvement initiatives to enhance procurement efficiency and value creation.
• Take end-to-end responsibility for supplier management activities and stakeholder engagement.
• Conduct industry and supply-market analyses to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Execute sourcing and contracting activities in line with category strategy and procurement policy.

Requirements

• University degree in Engineering or Economics.
• At least 3 years of experience in supplier or supply chain management in an international context.
• Previous experience in a Supplier Management function within the food packaging industry.
• Strong negotiation, commercial, and relational skills.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and change management skills.
• Excellent proficiency in English.
