What you will do

• Lead in-house mechanical design activities across multiple high-performance development programmes.
• Deliver mechanical design through all lifecycle phases: concept, preliminary design, detailed design, manufacturing, and sustainment.
• Perform engineering calculations, theoretical analysis, and computational simulations.
• Develop test specifications, procedures, and verification plans for compliance.
• Evaluate mechanical equipment performance against technical and environmental criteria.
• Mentor mechanical engineers and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve challenges.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering (or equivalent).
• Minimum 10-21 years experience depending on qualification level (NTC5: 21y, T3:17y, T4/B.Tech:15y, M.Tech:10y).
• Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering, ideally in aerospace or guided munitions.
• Advanced proficiency in mathematics, CAD tools, and PDM systems.
• Ability to manage deadlines, priorities, and high-pressure environments.
• Excellent problem-solving, spatial awareness, and technical communication skills.
