What you will do

• Manage external consultant administration including onboarding, extensions, and offboarding
• Liaise with vendors, internal managers, and corporate teams on workforce matters
• Maintain accurate records across multiple systems and tools
• Prepare reports, support ad-hoc data requests, and suggest process improvements
• Contribute to automation initiatives and data clean-up projects
• Help manage a large external workforce population in collaboration with leadership

Requirements

• Fluent English (written & spoken)
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a corporate or multinational environment
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and VBA skills
• Clear, confident communicator with strong relationship management skills
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable mindset
• Problem-solving abilities with a drive for operational excellence

Nice to have

• Experience in business analysis, resource management, project coordination, procurement, or workforce management
