What you will do

• Own the intake and triage for all reported security events via internal hotlines, IT alerts, and automated monitoring.
• Investigate and triage events within defined SLAs using logs, endpoints, identity systems, and SaaS telemetry.
• Maintain the Security Event Register as the single source of truth for all event timelines, evidence, and root causes.
• Classify security events against the severity matrix and coordinate escalation to the CISO during incidents.
• Design and implement automation and AI enhancements to reduce mean time to triage and closure.
• Assist the Risk and Compliance team with audits and control reviews regarding systems security.

Requirements

• Must be based in Israel.
• Computer Science degree or equivalent background.
• Excellent written English communication skills for audit-ready evidence and escalation summaries.
• Working knowledge of Mac and Windows endpoints and related security events.
• Experience with ticketing tools (e.g., Jira) and structured data management.
• Ability to operate across U.S. and Israel time zones.

• Hands-on experience in a fast-paced SaaS, cloud, or AI-first technology company.
