What you will do
- Interface with technical and business users to support incoming security requests and tickets.
- Protect the integrity and confidentiality of client data by validating user identities prior to providing assistance.
- Provide Level I support for user password resets and MFA onboarding, resets, and troubleshooting.
- Assist the Identity Access Management (IAM) team with operational tasks.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assist in security remediation efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 1 year of experience in an Information Security role or IT helpdesk capacity.
- Hands-on experience working with Active Directory and MS EntraID.
- Working knowledge of Identity Access Management (IAM) principles.
- Fundamental understanding of network protocols and security technologies.
- Must be based in the United States.
