What you will do

• Interface with technical and business users to support incoming security requests and tickets.
• Protect the integrity and confidentiality of client data by validating user identities prior to providing assistance.
• Provide Level I support for user password resets and MFA onboarding, resets, and troubleshooting.
• Assist the Identity Access Management (IAM) team with operational tasks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assist in security remediation efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in an Information Security role or IT helpdesk capacity.
• Hands-on experience working with Active Directory and MS EntraID.
• Working knowledge of Identity Access Management (IAM) principles.
• Fundamental understanding of network protocols and security technologies.
• Must be based in the United States.
