What you will do

• Provide friendly, solution-oriented inbound call support for WP Live customers.
• Guide users through WordPress tasks, including plugin and theme setup and design adjustments.
• Consult with business owners to provide strategic recommendations for website performance and customer experience.
• Empower small businesses to build, manage, and grow their online presence.
• Collaborate with a community of WordPress professionals to share insights and grow technical skills.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent communication skills characterized by patience, clarity, and empathy.
• Natural curiosity for web technology and eagerness to learn WordPress tools.
• Must be based in Cebu, Philippines.

Nice to have

• Experience with web hosting.
• Previous experience tinkering with WordPress, Elementor, Divi, or Block Builder.
• Experience with internet tools, social media platforms, or small business environments.
