TL;DR

CyberArk Support Engineer (Cybersecurity): Providing Level 2 & 3 support for large-scale IAM programs with an accent on the CyberArk PAM platform and incident response. Focus on troubleshooting complex technical issues, performing root cause analysis, and optimizing privileged access management across enterprise environments.

Location: Remote (Must be based in Canada)

Salary: CAD $74,000 – $90,000

A leading IAM professional services firm specializing in designing, deploying, and managing end-to-end Identity and Access Management programs across North America.

What you will do

  • Lead incident response activities, including advanced troubleshooting and providing detailed root cause analysis for unplanned outages.
  • Take ownership of escalated technical issues from Level 1 support, resolving complex problems while adhering to established SLAs.
  • Manage and support the CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) platform, including Vaults, CPM, AAM, CCP, PSM, PSMP, PVWA, and PTA.
  • Perform advanced system administration tasks, such as server configuration, maintenance, patching, and upgrades.
  • Collaborate with CyberArk SaaS and infrastructure teams to address system and network infrastructure issues.
  • Analyze and identify recurring issues to propose proactive solutions and process improvements.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Canada
  • 3-5 years of experience as a CyberArk Engineer and/or Administrator.
  • 3+ years of experience managing and optimizing CyberArk for large enterprise organizations.
  • CyberArk Delivery Engineer (CDE) or CPC certification.
  • Strong background in Incident, Problem, and Change Management based on the ITIL framework.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, or equivalent.

Nice to have

  • Experience with on-premises to cloud migration.
