Location: Remote (Canada). Must maintain legal entitlement to work in Canada

Salary: $75,000 - $110,000 CAD per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity

What you will do

• Deliver integration services for Next-Gen SIEM, log management, and SOAR features across various organizations.
• Act as a trusted advisor to help customers mature their security outcomes using AI-assisted investigations.
• Provide knowledge transfer of Falcon Next-Gen and other relevant modules to customers.
• Collaborate with Product Management to influence product enhancements based on customer feedback and use cases.

Requirements

• Legal entitlement to work in Canada is required.
• 2+ years of experience working with SIEM/log management solutions (e.g., Splunk, Chronicle, QRadar, Sumo Logic).
• 2+ years of experience supporting IT Security functions including networking, authentication, and endpoint security.
• 1+ years of experience with cloud providers such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Experience using an AI platform for the development of integrations and synthesis of security data.
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Python, Powershell, Javascript, YAML, REST API, or GO.
• Industry certifications from SANS, ISC2, Amazon, Microsoft, or Google.
• Recent experience (6+ months) within a SOC performing analysis and triage of security incidents.
• Demonstrable use cases and integration experience with generative AI platforms.
