What you will do

• Serve as the primary development escalation point for diagnosing and resolving complex software defects in clinical applications.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, and Development teams to drive the resolution of software bugs and enhancement requests.
• Support cloud-based application deployments in hybrid environments using AWS, EKS, and CI/CD tooling like ArgoCD and CodePipeline.
• Troubleshoot production issues using systematic diagnostic techniques and observability platforms including CloudWatch, Datadog, and Grafana.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts and deployment configurations using Python, Bash, and YAML.
• Onboard IT support staff and maintain comprehensive technical documentation in Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a support, development, or DevOps role.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services and SQL is required.
• Proficiency with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes (Amazon EKS).
• Strong systems engineering background in Linux administration and cloud networking (VPCs, subnets, load balancers).
• Proficiency in scripting and configuration languages including Python, Bash, and YAML.

Nice to have

• Background in Radiology IT systems, workflows, and PACS/RIS environments.
• Experience working within a startup environment.
