What you will do

• Act as the primary technical liaison between the company, government customers, and platform manufacturers.
• Develop and execute integration plans for missile systems on ground launchers and tactical aircraft.
• Lead mission planning and test efforts, including pre-test analysis, real-time support for live-fire and flight tests, and post-test evaluation.
• Review interface specifications (functional, electrical, software, and physical) to identify and resolve gaps.
• Collaborate with internal avionics, GNC, and software teams to optimize system performance and platform compatibility.
• Coordinate technical specifications and certification artifacts required for regulatory compliance and customer acceptance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in aerospace, mechanical, electrical engineering, physics, or a related technical field.
• 2+ years experience in systems engineering or weapon integration within the defense or aerospace sectors.
• Experience working with the DoD or other national security agencies.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret/SCI clearance.
• U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee (ITAR requirements).
• Ability to travel up to 25% for test campaigns and customer meetings.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in a relevant technical field.
• Hands-on experience with hypersonic weapons or missile defense.
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance.
