What you will do
- Own and personalize the digital experience to drive measurable increases in conversion rates across the digital journey.
- Set up and run A/B tests and communicate results and insights to Marketing and Country teams.
- Collaborate with UI/UX specialists, content strategists, developers, and analysts to resolve user pain points.
- Track and improve team KPIs and consumer engagement with global digital products.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in Conversion Rate Optimization.
- Hands-on expertise with A/B testing tools such as VWO, Optimizely, AB Tasty, Hotjar, or Clarity.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Data-driven mindset.
- Must be based in or able to relocate to Berlin, Germany.
