What you will do

• Own the end-to-end product strategy and 2-quarter roadmap for AI-powered GTM agents.
• Establish structured feedback loops with AEs and managers across APJ to convert field insights into a prioritized backlog.
• Define agent behavior, decision logic, SOPs, and governance guardrails in collaboration with builder teams.
• Manage the full launch cycle, including GA criteria, regional readiness gates, and rollout communications.
• Track and optimize key KPIs through A/B testing and weekly business reviews to close performance gaps.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to resolve dependencies related to data quality, licensing, and ingestion.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, GTM strategy, or sales ops.
• 3+ years of experience owning a product or program end-to-end.
• Ability to read AI workflows and write SOQL queries for behavior validation.
• Strong ability to influence executives and defend data-driven decisions.
• Bias for shipping and experience managing fast-paced roadmap rollout gates.
• Location: Based in Singapore
