What you will do
- Build AI-powered agents and workflows to automate core operational processes, including beta recruitment, launch readiness, and program reporting.
- Create and maintain a curated library of reusable AI skills and agents for EPD teams to ensure consistency and quality.
- Translate manual operational pain points into scalable, reliable AI-backed automations.
- Own full-stack AI builds from prototyping to deployment, connecting AI platforms to Jira, Confluence, and Slack.
- Lead R&D experiments with context engineering, RAG architectures, and emerging agent frameworks.
- Implement and track responsible AI practices and evaluation metrics as AI is embedded into operations.
Requirements
- 4-6+ years of hands-on experience in automation engineering, internal tooling, or technical operations.
- English: Business-level fluency required.
- Deep fluency in LLMs, APIs, vector databases, context engineering, and RAG.
- Proven ability to turn messy manual processes into working software.
- Experience working closely with Engineering, Product, and Design (EPD) organizational rhythms.
- Location: Must be based in Argentina.
