What you will do

• Coordinate technical documentation releases into SAP, MS SharePoint, and other business systems.
• Manage the creation, release, and maintenance of part numbers and Engineering Change Orders (ECOs).
• Maintain engineering BOMs and Source Control Drawings (SCDs) to enable procurement.
• Support design resources in selecting, specifying, and qualifying purchased components.
• Proactively mitigate obsolescence and lead time issues for active purchased components.
• Track and maintain open ECOs via weekly meetings and detailed reporting.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of document control and component sourcing experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience writing and processing ECOs.
• Proficiency in SAP and MS SharePoint.
• Understanding of electronic and electromechanical hardware terminology.
• Ability to work onsite in Tucson, Arizona.

Nice to have

• 4-year degree in electronics or a related field.
