What you will do
- Coordinate technical documentation releases into SAP, MS SharePoint, and other business systems.
- Manage the creation, release, and maintenance of part numbers and Engineering Change Orders (ECOs).
- Maintain engineering BOMs and Source Control Drawings (SCDs) to enable procurement.
- Support design resources in selecting, specifying, and qualifying purchased components.
- Proactively mitigate obsolescence and lead time issues for active purchased components.
- Track and maintain open ECOs via weekly meetings and detailed reporting.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of document control and component sourcing experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience writing and processing ECOs.
- Proficiency in SAP and MS SharePoint.
- Understanding of electronic and electromechanical hardware terminology.
- Ability to work onsite in Tucson, Arizona.
Nice to have
- 4-year degree in electronics or a related field.
