Salary: $69,000 - $79,000 USD annually

What you will do

  • Manage customer relationships to ensure solutions are embedded in daily workflows and generate positive ROI.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
  • Forecast risks and maintain high renewal rates while driving expansion in partnership with Account Executives.
  • Create tailored deliverables and presentations for stakeholders ranging from end-users to C-level executives.
  • Partner with internal Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to maintain visibility into product performance and customer feedback.
  • Build customer advocates to serve as references and share success stories.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Management Consulting.
  • Must be based in or able to work on-site in West Palm Beach, Florida.
  • Proven ability to engage with C-level executives to drive program strategy and ROI.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience mitigating churn and driving engagement in a fast-paced, changing environment.
