What you will do
- Manage high-volume inbound interactions via phone, email, and live chat.
- Provide bilingual support in French and English for Canadian clients and members.
- Research member accounts to ensure compliance with company and client policies.
- Document all customer interactions accurately within internal systems.
- Meet and exceed KPIs related to handle time, quality, and adherence.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated or complex issues.
Requirements
- Bilingual fluency in French (Quebecois) and English (written and verbal).
- Ability to support customers specifically in Quebec and other French-speaking regions of Canada.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work scheduled shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace suitable for remote work.
- Strong problem-solving and de-escalation skills.
