What you will do

• Lead and oversee technical initiatives focused on Fusion and platform integrations.
• Drive end-to-end delivery of technical improvements, product implementations, and tooling enhancements.
• Implement standardized methodologies to maintain quality and consistency across projects.
• Manage cross-team dependencies and assess technical risks to prevent project delays.
• Communicate progress and establish accountability with senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• BS/MS in Computer Science or a related engineering field.
• 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management.
• Proven experience managing large-scale technical programs in cloud or platform environments.
• Understanding of enterprise-level integrations, specifically Oracle Fusion or similar ERP platforms.
• Deep familiarity with SDLC, technical risk assessment, and dependency mapping.
• Proficiency in written and verbal English.
