TL;DR
Senior Project Manager (Process Engineering): Leading complex cross-functional projects to drive process innovation and manage New Product Introduction (NPI) from concept to manufacturing with an accent on process industrialization and coordination between hardware engineering and operations. Focus on implementing Lean Six Sigma methodologies and ensuring production ramp-up efficiency.

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of NPI and process engineering projects from feasibility through release to manufacturing.
- Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, schedules, budgets, and risk registers.
- Partner with Process Engineering teams to develop, optimize, and industrialize manufacturing processes.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and CI methodologies.
- Coordinate activities across R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Regulatory teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Chemical, or related).
- 8–12+ years of project management experience within manufacturing, engineering, or operations.
- Demonstrated experience leading Process Engineering and NPI initiatives.
- Expertise in project management tools and methodologies such as MS Project, Smartsheet, and Stage-Gate.
- Experience with CAD.
- Must be based in or able to work onsite in Las Vegas, NV
Nice to have
- Master’s degree in Engineering or Business (MBA).
- PMP certification and/or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
- Experience in regulated industries such as gaming, medical devices, aerospace, or automotive.
