What you will do

• Act as a trusted HR partner to managers and employees, providing guidance on employment law and company policies.
• Manage employee relations matters, including performance, absence, disciplinary, and probation processes.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for Spain, working with local Gestoria and Group Payroll Manager.
• Coach managers on people management, engagement, and performance best practices.
• Maintain accurate employee data in the HRIS in line with GDPR.
• Support DEI initiatives, wellbeing programs, and internal employer branding events.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a People Partner, HR Generalist, or HRBP, ideally within the iGaming environment.
• Strong knowledge of Spanish employment law and HR compliance practices.
• Fluent level of English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
• Experience working with HRIS systems and supporting payroll processes.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international, and regulated environment.
