Focus on building RAG, multi-agent systems, Text2SQL, fine-tuning, evaluation, optimizations, and deploying production-grade GenAI apps.

Location: United States; U.S. citizenship and eligibility for U.S. government secret clearance required due to federal contract and client site access. This role can be remote.

Salary: $180,656 — $248,360 USD

What you will do

• Develop GenAI solutions using latest techniques from Mosaic AI Research to address customer challenges.
• Own production rollouts of consumer-facing and internal GenAI applications.
• Serve as trusted technical advisor to customers across various domains.
• Present at conferences like Data + AI Summit and act as thought leader internally and externally.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to influence priorities and shape the product roadmap.

Requirements

• Experience working with U.S. federal civilian, state, or local agencies.
• Experience building GenAI applications including RAG, multi-agent systems, Text2SQL, fine-tuning with tools like HuggingFace, LangChain, DSPy.
• Expertise in deploying production-grade GenAI applications with evaluation and optimizations.
• Extensive hands-on industry data science experience with tools like pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch.
• Experience building production ML deployments on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Graduate degree in quantitative discipline (CS, Engineering, Statistics, etc.) or equivalent.
• Experience communicating/teaching technical concepts to non-technical and technical audiences.
