TL;DR

Location: London, United Kingdom. Must have the right to work in the UK. Hybrid approach: teams are in the office approximately four days a week.

What you will do

  • Coordinate and deliver app-install campaigns and tracking/reporting needs using MMP tools like Kochava.
  • Manage search, app-store, social, and display MAI activities across major European markets.
  • Lead and quality control the output of UK-based and Global Hub teams to ensure adherence to governance and best practices.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and suppliers, acting as a trusted advisor on platform and industry trends.
  • Drive process automation and operational efficiency within activation finance processes.
  • Coach and motivate team members, overseeing their career progression and professional development.

Requirements

  • Proven expertise in performance media, specifically with mobile app-install (MAI) campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Deep knowledge of Google App Campaigns, Apple Search Ads, and MMPs (ideally Kochava).
  • Strong leadership and people management experience, including managing distributed teams.
  • Ability to set performance-centric KPIs and evaluate activity against business growth targets.
  • Right to work in the UK is required.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

  • Professional digital media or advertising qualifications.
  • Proficiency in second languages.
  • Hands-on experience in planning, buying, and optimizing across all performance channels.
