What you will do

• Perform data analysis, filtration, and quality assurance to develop high-quality Data Products for internal and external stakeholders.
• Create context windows, tooling, instructions, and evaluation frameworks for agentic tools to assess their performance.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to advance the development of sophisticated algorithmic product features.
• Communicate and present analytical results clearly through verbal, written, and graphical formats.
• Propose innovative ideas and solutions to problems identified during project execution.

Requirements

• Programming experience in Python.
• Data analysis experience using SQL.
• Experience with agentic programming tools such as Claude Code, Codex, AMP, Cursor, or Google Antigravity.
• Familiarity with version control systems like GitHub and working in a Console environment.
• Ability to be self-directed and dive into unfamiliar problem domains under conditions of uncertainty.
• Proficiency with the Atlassian stack, specifically Jira and Confluence.

Nice to have

• Quantitative degree in Math, Physics, Computer Science, Operations Research, Engineering, or Life Sciences.
• Experience with AWS, Linux, and Mac environments.
• Past experience in an analytical capacity or building data products.
• Knowledge of statistical approaches using Python, Excel, or R.
• Experience with machine learning and data processing packages such as Pandas, Numpy, scikit-learn, Matplotlib, or D3.js.
