What you will do

• Build and evolve mission-critical horizontal infrastructure and tooling that underpins all commercialization systems.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to develop systems and processes as business needs grow and evolve.
• Scale systems to meet the demands of commercial expansion and growing complexity.
• Solve complex problems such as world simulation for regression testing and evaluation of autonomous vehicle fleet services.
• Work across technical domains including mobile apps, cloud backends, and the hirify.global Driver.

Requirements

• BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• Professional experience in backend or infrastructure development.
• Must be based in or able to work from Warsaw, Poland.

Nice to have

• Experience with C++, Java, or related structured programming languages.
• Experience collaborating with non-technical team members.
• Background in operations tooling, developer productivity, or developer tools.
