What you will do

• Lead copy content development for career websites, including messaging frameworks and voice/tone guidelines.
• Develop scalable copy standards and content templates for various client career site builds.
• Craft compelling, on-brand copy for homepages, culture pages, and landing pages.
• Partner with designers and creative directors to ensure seamless integration of copy and UX/UI.
• Collaborate with strategists to align content with talent personas and candidate journeys.
• Mentor creative team members on digital and website-specific writing techniques.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of copywriting experience in an agency, in-house, or marketing environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital work, specifically websites and brand storytelling.
• Proven experience writing for UX/UI or content-driven digital experiences.
• Deep understanding of brand voice, tone, and messaging systems.
• Knowledge of SEO/AEO best practices and content design principles.
