Salary: $189,300 - $290,000

What you will do

• Lead the architecture and implementation of next-generation AI agents from conceptualization to production deployment.
• Drive technical direction and strategy for the AI agent platform, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Mentor junior and senior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and engineering teams to define requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
• Manage technical debt and address architectural bottlenecks within the agent infrastructure.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• Expertise in large-scale distributed systems or AI/ML infrastructure.
• Proficiency in Python, C++, Java, or Kotlin.
• Experience designing and deploying production-grade AI/ML models or intelligent agents.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to Mountain View, CA.

Nice to have

• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science or a quantitative field.
• Deep expertise in Reinforcement Learning, Multi-Agent Systems, or LLMs.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proven ability to design and deploy high-performance Android applications.
