Location: Hybrid/Onsite in Detroit, MI (Tues-Thurs)

What you will do

• Act as the technical owner for Corporate Safety platforms and applications.
• Translate EHS workflows into scalable digital solutions in partnership with stakeholders.
• Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end applications using React, Node.js, and Azure.
• Build dashboards, forms, and reporting tools aligned to safety metrics.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, compliant, and aligned with enterprise safety processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with React.js, Node.js, SQL, and Microsoft Azure.
• Proven track record of building end-to-end enterprise applications.
• Experience working in regulated environments such as utilities, manufacturing, or energy.
• Must be able to work onsite/hybrid in Detroit, MI (Tues-Thurs).

Nice to have

• Prior experience supporting EHS or safety systems/platforms.
• Knowledge of OSHA compliance frameworks and incident management systems.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Exposure to SAP or other enterprise operational systems.
